We can be so busy sometimes. Some of us are doing sports, in multiple clubs, have a lot of homework, or have big responsibilities at home.
Our bodies can only handle so much, and we need to find a way to balance everything for the sake of our health.

We need to have a healthy, organized balance. Yes, you can participate in everything your heart desires! But we need to make sure that these are things we can handle doing, that way it will not be too late to drop or discontinue an activity.
