Some of us have issues finding solutions to problems, some situations are too complex for our brains to fully understand, and sometimes we just get frustrated and give up. Here is how we can strengthen our problem-solving skills, with these easy steps:
1. Even with the most frustrating and upsetting situations, we must remain calm, deep breathes and mindful breathing exercises are really important to use here. Calm your body first before you jump in.
2. How did the problem start? Figure out if there were any outside factors that contributed to the issue, and the root of the problem.
3. Begin thinking or writing down different solutions to your problem, always choose the solution that will help your problem effectively.
4. You may not always find a solution instantly, and that is okay. Some things take time, and taking a break and coming back to it later is always beneficial.
