Self Growth



We have a tendency to focus on our "flaws" while ignoring our strengths. We do this and think about how we can be the best versions of ourselves, but we never begin the journey.



How can we grow and turn into the best versions of ourselves? Well, we're doing it right now. Growing up is an experience where we learn new things about the world and ourselves, adapt to different things, and start new chapters.



If you want to tackle a bad habit/trait of yours, first be honest with yourself.



Take note of how it repeats, and things you can start doing to eliminate that repetitive behavior and or trait.



Self Growth.



A good way to keep track of this is through your "Notes" app on your phone, or on a personal journal. Monitor and self-reflect on your progress.



The only way this can work is if you genuinely learn from your bad behavior/trait.


Self-reflect and learn when, why, and what triggers these bad habits. Truly understand the root of it.



Example: I learned that my angry outbursts are damaging, and it affects my family, friends, and my well-being. I am going to eliminate this by finding my triggers, and reverting to different coping mechanisms.



Keep trying. keep doing.
