Some of us stress ourselves out often. Maybe you do as well, maybe you find yourself stressing over the smallest things.
Whenever you're stressed about school, grades, friendships, bonds, hobbies, social media, or anything else, please remember:
- We are very young, mistakes are bound to happen. Dwelling on what you could have done or what you did not do will only hurt you, not help you.
For the youth:
- Let loose. It is okay to have fun, it is great to laugh at yourself or your mistakes. These are moments you will look back on in the later future, smiling or reminiscing on your youthful moments.
- Appreciate your environment and your loved ones. Those who care about you or those who look out for you.
- Whatever harsh moments you are experiencing right now, will fade away in the future. Give it time, give it love, and give yourself care.
