At Mental H2O, we are dedicated to empowering youth to lead in improving mental health awareness and support in their schools and communities. Starting a Mental H2O chapter at your school can help you make a significant impact, promote a supportive environment, and provide critical resources to your peers.
Gather Support: You’ll need a team! Gather at least five students who are interested in being founding members.
Find a Sponsor: Identify a teacher or staff member who can serve as the chapter’s sponsor.
School Approval: Work with your school administration to get the necessary approvals to establish a new club or organization.
Register Your Chapter: Express Interest: Fill out our initial interest form below to let us know you’re interested in starting a chapter. We will provide you with a starter kit that includes guidelines, promotional materials, and access to resources and our Slack.
